Agreements

• Create rental agreements from 22 built-in templates, including US and German residential leases, or from your own templates.
• Fill in the rental details and the details of each person. Everything saves as you type.
• Attach items from your catalog, add condition photos, and preview the document at any time.

Signing

• Sign together on your phone, face to face.
• Or email each person a private signing link that works for 72 hours. They sign on their own phone or computer, without an account or the app.
• When everyone has signed, the app creates the final PDF. People who signed by email get their own copy.

Group agreements

• One agreement that many people join and sign through an invite link or QR code, for a tour, a bike group, or an event.

Library

• Catalog of the items you rent out, Templates, Participant forms, and the Field library.
• Edit any template: change the text, add your own fields, decide who signs, choose a one- or two-column layout, and add your company name or logo.

Export and activity

• Export agreements as a PDF or as JPG images.
• Activity and notifications when someone signs.
