Billing and subscriptions
Where to buy
In the mobile app through the App Store or Google Play, or in the web app at app.rentalagreement.app. Web purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes, and invoices.
Billing
Basic and Premium renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. There is no free trial: the Free plan lets you try the app without paying. In the web app, upgrading from Basic to Premium charges the difference for your current billing period.
Cancel at any time
Cancel in the web app under Manage subscription, or in your App Store or Google Play account. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and it is not renewed after that.
Refunds
Web purchases can be refunded within 14 days through Paddle. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google. See the Refund Policy for details.
When a subscription ends
Nothing is deleted. Your agreements, drafts, and signed documents stay; the Free plan limits apply to new agreements and exports.
What counts
An individual agreement counts at its first signature or signing request; a group agreement counts when you create the group. Drafts, previews, and copies never count.
