Why use a short-term stay agreement?

Travel plans change, arrivals happen outside business hours, and misunderstandings can arise about cleaning, access, extra guests, or damage. Written terms provide a common reference for the stay and checkout process. Local short-term rental rules and guest registration requirements must be considered separately.

What to consider including
