Built-in templates
Ready-made templates for common rentals, and how to make them your own.
The app comes with built-in templates for common rentals, such as general item rental, car and van rental, and a residential lease. You find them in Library › Templates, in the Default section.
What you can do
Built-in templates are read-only. Open one to:
- Create agreement from it;
- Preview it as a document;
- Clone and edit it into your own copy, which you can change freely.
Language
Built-in templates are available in every app language, except the country-specific residential leases: the US leases are in English and the German leases in German. To use another language, clone a template and rewrite its text.
Built-in templates are written in good faith for common situations and may not fit every case or local law. Check the text against your local rules and get advice when in doubt.
