Create an agreement
Start a new agreement from a template or from a catalog item.
From a template
- Tap Create agreement on Home, or Create (+) › Agreement.
- Choose a template. The picker has a search field (by template name or category), your recently used templates, your own templates under Your templates, and the built-in templates grouped by category.
- The agreement opens right away as a Draft, named after the template. Rename it in Agreement name.
From a catalog item
Open an item in the Catalog and tap Create agreement, then pick a template. The new draft starts with the item attached and its details filled in.
Individual or group?
An individual agreement has one person per role, such as one renter. When many people sign in the same role, or you don’t know in advance who will join, use a group agreement.
Drafts never count toward your plan. An agreement counts only when it is locked, at the first signature or the first signature request.
