Participant forms
The roles in an agreement, such as Renter, Tenant, or Witness, and what each person fills in.
A participant form is a role in an agreement, such as Lessor, Renter, Additional driver, Host, Guest, Landlord, Tenant, Co-tenant, Guarantor, Organizer, Guide, Participant, or Witness. It lists what that person fills in. Every participant signs.
You find them in Library › Forms.
Built-in and your own
- Built-in forms are read-only. Tap one to see its fields, or Clone it to change it.
- Your own forms have a Role name and fields from your library, one or two per row.
In templates
A template has up to 6 participant forms, each Required or Optional. Optional forms are off in a new agreement until you add them with Add.
Editing and deleting
- Editing a form changes every template using it; agreements already created keep their copy.
- A form can’t be deleted while a template uses it. The app lists those templates: remove the form from them first.
