Create a group agreement
One agreement that many people join and sign, such as a kayak tour, a bike group, or an event.
You fill in the rental details once; people join with an invite link or QR code, or you add them yourself, and each person signs their own part.
Create it
- Tap Create group agreement on Home, or Create (+) › Group agreement, and pick a template.
- Fill in the Group name, an optional group image, the language, and the template’s details. Everything saves as you type.
- Choose the Documents:
- One shared document: everyone signs the same document and sees each other’s details. People are told before they join.
- One document per person: one document for each combination of one person from each role, for example 1 lessor × 1 guide × 10 renters = 10 documents. Each person signs once, and others in their role don’t see their details.
- Tap Create group. The app checks the details, and the group opens for people to join.
The documents choice can’t change after Create group. Creating the group is also when it counts toward your plan.
Size
Any role of the template can take any number of people, and any role may stay empty. A group holds up to 100 people and 300 documents.

Free and Basic include 3 group agreements in total; Premium makes them unlimited. Joining and signing never fail because of your plan.
