Agreement statuses
What each status in the Agreements tab means.
Individual agreements
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being filled in. Everything can change. |
| Ready to sign | Checked and waiting for signatures; no request is active. |
| Out for signatures | At least one signature request is active. |
| Expired | No request is active, and at least one has expired. Resend it from the participant’s card. |
| Signed | Everyone has signed; the signed document is ready. |
Group agreements
A group agreement shows Open while people can join and sign, Creating documents while it closes, and Closed when its documents are ready.
Finding agreements
- Counters: Need your signature and Out for signatures at the top of the Agreements tab.
- Search: finds agreements by the words in their name. Search runs when you press the search key.
- Filter: by type (Individual, Group) and status.
