Use items in agreements

Start from an item

Open an item and tap Create agreement, then pick a template. The new draft starts with the item attached and its details filled in.

Add items to a draft

In a draft’s Items section, Add item offers:

• Attach and fill the form
• Attach only
• Fill the form only

Filling copies the item’s values into matching empty fields, such as Brand, Model, or Serial number, including photos. It never overwrites what you typed.

Attaching lists the item in the document’s Items appendix, with its image, name, and details; its photos join the photo appendix. Up to 20 items per agreement.

Signed stays signed

Agreements keep their own copy of an item’s details and photos. Editing or deleting an item later never changes agreements that already use it. Deleting an item removes it and its photos from your catalog only.
