Export a signed agreement
Share the final document as a PDF or as JPG images.
Export
- Open the signed agreement.
- Tap Export.
- Choose Export as PDF or Export as JPG (one image per page) and share it through your phone’s share sheet.
You can also hold the agreement’s row in the Agreements tab and choose Export as PDF or Export as JPG.
What’s in the document
The agreement text with your values, a Details section for values not placed in the text, the parties with their details, signatures, and signing dates, an Items appendix for attached catalog items, and a photo appendix.
Copies for the other people
When everyone has signed, people who signed by email get a link to download their copy as a PDF or images. The link works for 7 days. You can also export the PDF and share it yourself.
Before everyone has signed
On Basic and Premium you can also export an agreement before everyone has signed. On Free, you can preview it in the app and export it once everyone has signed.
