Close the group and send documents
Create the documents, then send each person a private link to theirs.
Close the group
When at least one person has joined and everyone who joined has signed, tap Close group.
- No one else can join, and every invite link stops working.
- The documents are created (“Creating documents… 3 of 10”). You can leave the screen meanwhile; you get a notification when they are ready.
Documents
After closing, the Documents list shows each document. Export any of them as a PDF or JPG images.
Send to all
Send to all emails each person with an email address a private link to the documents they are in, valid for 7 days. You can also send to one person from their sheet. People without an email are skipped, and the app says how many.
