What counts toward your plan
When agreements count, and what happens when you reach a limit.
What counts
- An individual agreement counts when it is locked: at the first signature or the first signature request. Drafts, previews, and clones never count.
- A group agreement counts when you tap Create group.
- Deleting a counted agreement doesn’t give the allowance back.
- On Free, 5 individual agreements in total; after that you need Basic or Premium.
When you reach a limit
The app tells you why and opens the plans:
- Locking an individual agreement after the free allowance shows Basic and Premium.
- Exporting an unsigned agreement on Free shows Basic and Premium.
- Creating a fourth group agreement on Free or Basic shows Premium.
After you subscribe, the action you were doing continues.
