Delete your account
Delete your Rental Agreements account and everything in it for good, in the app or by asking us.
In the app
- Open Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The app signs you out once your account is deleted.
This can’t be undone. Export the signed agreements you want to keep first.
Without the app
If you can’t use the app, send us a message through the contact form with the topic My account, from the email address you sign in with. We confirm the request with you by email and then delete the account.
What’s deleted
Everything stored for your account, for good: your agreements, signed documents and their signing history, templates, participant forms, catalog items, My details, photos, signatures, devices, notifications and activity, support messages sent from the app, and your sign-in. The links you sent stop working.
What’s kept
- Agreements other people created that you signed or joined stay with them, including your signature and the details you entered.
- Messages you sent through the website contact form are kept so we can answer them.
- Crash reports are deleted by Google after 90 days. Usage records that can’t be deleted at once are deleted within a few days.
Subscriptions
- Google Play: deleting your account stops the renewal. The plan you paid for ends with your account.
- App Store: the subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in your Apple account settings. Cancel it before you delete your account.
