Fill in a draft
The sections of a draft, saving, and preview.
A draft is one scrolling screen with sections. Each section has a chip that shows how many fields are left or need fixing.
Sections
- Agreement image and name. The photo button before the name sets an agreement image. It helps you recognize the agreement in your list; it never appears in the document.
- Language of the document.
- Rental details: the template’s fields, such as the rental period, fee, deposit, item details, or condition photos.
- Items: catalog items you attach. See Use catalog items in an agreement.
- Participants: one form per role in the template, such as Lessor and Renter. Optional participants, such as a Witness or an Additional driver, are off until you add them with Add. Removing one deletes the details entered for it.
Saving
Everything saves as you type (“Saving…”, “Saved”). Missing values never block saving; only values in the wrong format are marked.
Each participant form has a ⋮ menu with Clear form.
Preview
Preview shows the document as it looks now, page by page (A4). Tap a page to zoom. Previews are free on every plan.
Good to know
- Later changes to a template, participant form, field, or catalog item never change agreements already created, including drafts.
- Condition photos required by the template must be added before the first signature or request, because they are part of the locked terms.
