Use catalog items in an agreement

Add an item

In a draft’s Items section, tap Add item, choose an item from your catalog, then pick one of:

• Attach and fill the form: attaches a copy of the item and fills matching empty fields.
• Attach only: lists the item in the document’s Items appendix, with its image, details, and photos.
• Fill the form only: fills matching empty fields, such as the brand, model, and serial number, without attaching.

What filling does

Filling copies the item’s values into matching empty fields of the agreement, including photos. It never overwrites what you typed. The item’s name fills an empty item name field.

Limits

An agreement holds up to 20 items and 50 photos. You can attach the same item more than once.

Signed stays signed

Agreements keep their own copy of an item’s details and photos. Editing or deleting the item later never changes the agreement.
