Ready to sign and locked terms
Check the agreement, move it on to signing, and know what locks it.
Ready to sign
When the details are complete, tap Ready to sign. The app checks every field. If something is missing, it shows how many fields need fixing and takes you to the next one.
The agreement view then shows:
- a Details card: what is rented, the rental period, and the template;
- a card per participant with their signing state;
- the document’s first page. Tap it for the full preview.
Changing it again
To change the rental details, tap Edit agreement. It returns to Draft, as long as nobody has signed and no request has been sent.
Locked terms
The first signature or the first signature request locks the agreement’s terms. After that, the rental details, items, and text can no longer change, so everyone signs the same text. Details of participants who haven’t signed can still be changed.
Locking is also when an individual agreement counts toward your plan.
